Equity Release from Home & Capital Trust Group

Mr & Mrs Doyle had hoped to live comfortably on just their pensions. However, they had no extra capital with which to enjoy life. They also needed extra cash for home improvements such as a new roof and internal updating and modernisation.

Mr Doyle, who used to work on a farm in the Channel Islands and also worked in high powered electronics, loves to garden and enjoys completing DIY projects around the home. Mrs Doyle, a previous Haute Couture saleswoman in the Bahamas, now enjoys the quieter life - baking cakes and cooking. They both have a keen interest in photography and watercolour painting.

They spoke to their family about their intentions, and decided to contact Home & Capital to talk about a Home Reversion plan, having ruled out other options. Mr & Mrs Doyle said: We found the people at Home & Capital to be courteous and pleasant to deal with. They had very good product knowledge and were efficient in dealing with our case.
