How to feel younger



Feeling young is important – after all, feeling young will keep you young. But it’s not an easy task; at times we all tend to just feel like crawling up in bed, curtains drawn and sleeping for the whole day. If you get stuck in such a rut it can be difficult to get out of it. Catch and save yourself before you get stuck.

How to feel younger – anyone can achieve that if you put in just a little bit of effort. Becoming active has always been known to help. This does not mean you have to take part in a marathon, go out there and join a yoga club. It’s calming, relaxing but gives your body a good workout and gets the blood and lymph circulation going.

Taking part in something like a yoga club will not only be good for your health, you will also be meeting new people and making friends – always exciting. Organize a girl’s day out with your new friends; enjoy a spa treatment and luncheon. Interacting with others makes you feel better about yourself and keeps your mind from dwelling. The same goes for a man – invite some friends over for a drink and a good chat.

If yoga is not your cup of tea – consider golf. You can also stick to a gym for exercise and join a poetry, chess or art group separately for some interaction with new people and new challenges. It’s always rewarding to learn a new activity.
